Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Refresh Summary Tables Form

Use the options on the form to refresh project report and general ledger report summary tables.

Refresh Project Report Summary Table

Field Description
Run Click this button to refresh project report summary tables right away.
Schedule Click this button to display the Schedule dialog box, on which you can schedule the refresh of project report summary tables to run via the process server. Use the Distribution tab of the dialog box to specify the date and time after which the process runs or use the Recurrence tab to specify intervals for recurring processes.

Refresh General Ledger Report Summary Table

Run Click this button to refresh general ledger report summary tables right away.
Schedule Click this button to launch the Schedule dialog box, on which you can schedule the refresh of general ledger report summary tables to run via the process server.
