Use the Form W-2 Processing form to generate a W-3 Worksheet to help you fill out the actual Form W-3.
When you file W-2 forms, you must also submit a W-3 form (Transmittal of Wage and Tax Statements) that includes totals of all your employees’ W-2 forms.
