Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Status Log Dialog Box

This dialog box displays the process queue's status information. You can also export data to a comma-separated values (.csv) file.

Status Messages Grid

Use this grid to view the details of the status log and to export the status log to excel.

Field Description
Export to Excel Click this option to export the results from the Status Messages grid to a .csv file. The output opens in XLS format, for display and editing in Microsoft Excel.
Refresh Click this option to refresh the status log list.
Status Date This display-only field lists the date of the status log.
Status Message This display-only field lists the corresponding message.

When you process a scheduled workflow, the process server processes separate transactions for each record instead of one large transaction.
