Integration Through Deltek Unionpoint

Unionpoint is an iPaas solution used to build, deploy, and manage integrations to and from Deltek solutions.

When using Unionpoint to integrate Vantagepoint and Talent Management, you can:

  • Sync data between the two systems in real-time instead of waiting for a scheduled process to run or manually initiating the sync.
  • Include user-defined fields and additional standard fields (for example, Skills and Project Experience) in the data transfer and sync.
  • Set Talent Management as the system of record for employee records if you enable the Core HR option in Unionpoint.
Note: If you have an existing integration set up using the Talent Management integration utility, your set up remains unchanged and Deltek will advise when you can start using Unionpoint to integrate Talent Management and Vantagepoint.

Requirements

To use Unionpoint, your organization must use the following versions of the applications:

  • Vantagepoint 5.0 or later
  • Talent Management 17.0 or later

Workflows

When you set up and activate the integration between Talent Management and Vantagepointusing Unionpoint, workflows are created in the User Initiated Workflows form (Settings > Workflow > User Initiated Workflows). These workflows pertain to Workato Webhook Event in the Description field.

Do not deactivate, modify, or delete these workflows because they are managed by Unionpoint.
