Use the Timesheets form and related dialog boxes to open, update, and submit timesheets.

Use the Timesheets form to enter the hours and/or units that you work during a timesheet period. - Print Report Dialog Box in Timesheets
Use the Print Report dialog box to view or print a Detailed Timesheet report or Summarized Timesheet report for a timesheet. - Copy a Timesheet Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to select the labor code to which you are charging time for a timesheet row. - Unit Tables Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to enter the unit table that is associated with the unit to which you are charging time. - Units Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to enter the number ID for the unit to which you are charging time for a project on a timesheet. - Plan Assignments Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to populate timesheets with data from projects for which you have planned hours. The project, phase, task, and labor code are entered on the timesheet for each assignment. - Billing Transfer Audit Dialog Box
Use the Billing Transfer Audit dialog box to acknowledge the transfer of hours if you entered timesheet data incorrectly and someone else transferred the hours to a different project or labor code. You learn of such transfers via the Notification Center. - Revision Explanation Dialog Box
If a timesheet revision explanation is required, the Revision Explanation dialog box automatically displays when you save or submit the revised timesheet. - Request Absence Dialog Box
Use the Request Absence dialog box to request sick leave, vacation, holiday time, and other absence types. - Previously Requested Absences Dialog Box
Use the Previously Requested Absences dialog box to view your past requests, update comments, see workflow progress information, and delete requests that are no longer needed. - Timesheet Custom Search Dialog Box
Use the Timesheet Custom Search dialog box to create and apply custom search filters for timesheets. You can save these searches for future use. - Revision Audit History Dialog Box
The Revision Audit History dialog box lists, by date, the number of revisions that have been made to the timesheet, the changes that were made to each field, and an explanation for each revision. - Floor Check Dialog Box
If you are responsible for making sure that employee time entry is completed on time, you can display the Floor Check dialog box from the Timesheet form to review the status of time entry for your employees for a timesheet period or for a specific day. - Send Notifications Dialog Box
When you perform a floor check in the Timesheet application, you can use this dialog box to send a message to the employee's Notification Center. - Confirm Electronic Signature Dialog Box
