Send Alerts from Floor Check

When you do a floor check, you can send alerts to employees from the Floor Check dialog box. For example, you can notify employees that they need to complete their time entry for the timesheet period (or for the day).

To send alerts to employees from the Floor Check dialog box:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Timesheet.
  2. On the Timesheets form, click Other Actions > Floor Check.
  3. On the Floor Check dialog box, use the filter options to display the timesheets that you want to review.
  4. Select the check boxes in the grid for each of the timesheets for which you want to send an alert.
  5. To send a message to the employees' Notification Center, click the Send Notification option.
  6. To send an email message to the selected employees, click the Send Email option.
    You may also create or select email templates on the Email dialog box.
  7. Click Send.
    The alert displays in the selected employees' Notification Center or mailbox.
