Explain a Timesheet Revision
You, or the person who approves your timesheet, may be required to enter explanations for timesheet revisions.
Revision explanations are required if your system administrator has enabled
Require Revision Explanation in
. Depending on the configuration, you may be required to supply revision explanations when the timesheet is submitted or after making any updates earlier than the current date.
If you make a revision under circumstances that require an explanation, the Revision Explanation dialog box displays when you save or submit the revised timesheet. It lists the updates that you made on the timesheet.
To enter an explanation for a timesheet revision:
