Display the Supporting Document Dialog Box in Interactive Billing

You display the Supporting Document dialog box from several places in Interactive Billing.

If you use the Vantagepoint on-premises product, the Supporting Documents feature is available only if you have configured Transaction Document Management. For more information about the configuration, see the Configuring Supporting Documents online help topic.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Billing > Interactive Billing.
  2. Complete the information on the Billing Session Options dialog box, if it displays.
  3. On the Interactive Billing form, select a project.
  4. Complete either of the following steps to open the Supporting Document dialog box:
    • On the actions bar of the form, click Other Actions > View Supporting Documents.
    • Click the Expense tab or Units tab on the Interactive Billing form. On the tab, navigate to the Documentation field for a transaction in the grid. Click or in the field to open the Supporting Document dialog box for the selected transaction.
      • : This icon indicates that the transaction has no supporting documents.
      • : This icon indicates that the transaction has supporting documents.
