  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Billing Session Printer Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to save electronic copies of invoices when printed, accepted, or previewed.

Field Description
Export Reports as Files when Printing Option This option displays when you set the Export Reports as Files option to Allow Reports to be Uploaded via SFTP or specify the active directory on the Options form in Settings > General > Options.

Use this option to save an electronic copy of an invoice on the SFTP host when an invoice is printed, when an invoice is accepted, and when prior invoices are previewed. Copies are saved to the Vantagepoint installation directory on the application server or to the specified SFTP host. For example, the directory may appears as follows: Program Files\Deltek\Vantagepoint\Reports\Saved Files.

When this option is selected, you can also select the Export Only option, to save the invoice in the specified location without printing.
