Example: One Employee Associated with Multiple Companies

When an employee is associated with more than one company, the employee has an employee record in the Employees hub for each associated company.

For example, employee John Smith has a home company of Widget Enterprises but is associated with two additional companies: Snarfle Incorporated and Wonkits Unlimited. When you look up or search for John Smith in the Employees hub, the results display one record for each of the employee's companies:

• John Smith - Widget Enterprises
• John Smith - Snarfle Incorporated
• John Smith - Wonkits Unlimited

You can select the employee record that is associated with the company that you want to view. The name of the company displays below the employee's name on the Employees form.
