Display the Calendar Sharing Dialog Box

Display the dialog box from the Calendar.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Calendar.
  2. Click next to Calendars.
  3. Select one of these tab options:
    • Share My Calendar: You can share your calendar with other employees, so that they can view your tasks and activities.
    • Shared With Me: Tasks and events of another employee can display on your calendar if the employee shares the calendar with you. You can view a list of employees who shared their calendars with you or you can remove your access to their calendars.
