Share My Calendar Tab of the Calendar Sharing Dialog Box
Use this tab to specify the employees with whom you want to share your calendar.
Field | Description |

Employee | This column displays all of the employees you share your calendar with. |
+ Invite to View | Click this option to add the names of employees with whom you want to share your calendar. Enter the name of the employee by typing one or more characters of the employee name or you can click

X | Click this icon next to an employee's name to remove access to your calendar and then respond to the confirmation prompt. |
