Types of Billing Lists

You can generate lists of billing related data for billing groups, rate tables, override tables, category tables, and more.

Type Description
Billing Group List The Billing Group List displays all of the data currently entered for one or more billing groups. For each billing group, the report shows the main billing project, sub-projects, and group settings.
Rate Table List The Rate Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your Labor Rate tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the employees included in the table, and the employees' billing rates.
Rate Override Billing Table List The Rate Override Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your Labor Override tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the employees included in the table, the employees' rates, the type of rate entered (billing, cost, or cost maximum), and the labor category (if applicable) to override.
Rate Category Billing Table List The Rate Category Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your Labor Category tables. This report lists the following for all selected Labor Category tables: the table number/name, the categories included in the table, the employees included in the override category, and the override category rate.
Labor Code Billing Table List The Labor Code Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your Labor Code tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the labor codes included in the table, and the override labor code rate.
Account Override Billing Table List The Account Override Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your expense account tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the accounts included in each table, and the multiplier to apply to each account.
Expense Category Billing Table List The Expense Category Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your expense category tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the categories included in the table, the accounts included in the category, and the multiplier to apply to accounts included in the category.
Vendor Billing Table List The Vendor Billing Table List displays all of the data currently entered in your expense vendor tables. For each table, the report shows the table number and name, the vendors included in the table, and the multiplier to apply to each vendor.
