Settings for Hourly Employees

When you set up employee information for hourly employees, you specify the job cost rate and type and the overtime percentages.

Employees Hub Tab Field Entry in the Field
Accounting Cost Rate in the Job Cost section Enter an employee's hourly wage.
Accounting Cost Type in the Job Cost section Select Hourly from the drop-down list.
Accounting Cost Overtime Percent and Cost Overtime - 2 Percent in the Job Cost section Enter the appropriate overtime percentage.
