Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Settings and Accounts Receivable

Settings affect what you are able to do with accounts receivable.

Option Description Location
Accounts Receivable Comment Review Access This option controls whether or not you can see invoice comments in Accounts Receivable and on reports. Accounting Tab of Role Security, in Security Settings
Accounts Receivable Comment Update Access This option controls whether you can edit your own comments, or those made by other users, on the AR Comments dialog box in Accounts Receivable.
AR Aging (alert) You can set up AR Aging alerts that send messages to team members when the balance for a client, project, or invoice hits an aging limit and is considered overdue. AR Aging Alerts, in System Alerts Settings
