Distribute an Annual Amount Evenly Across Periods

One way to enter period-by-period budgets for an account is to enter a total annual budget and have it evenly distributed across all periods in the year. This distribution can be automatic or manual.

To distribute annual budget amounts:

  1. On the Account Details grid of the General Ledger Budgeting Group form, move the selector to the row to distribute.
  2. For each account that you want to adjust, enter the annual budget in the Annual field and then click Distribute Annual.
  3. Click Save.
