Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Drill Down Dialog Box

Select the columns to display in the grid.

Field Description
Available Drill Down This list contains all of the columns that are available to display in the grid that have not yet been selected. When you click a column in this list, it is moved to the Selected Drill Down list.

Click Add All to add all the columns to the Selected Drill Down list.

Selected Drill Down This list contains all of the columns that will display in the grid. The order of the columns in this list is the sequence in which they display in the grid.
  • To change the order, click to the left of the column name that you want to move, and drag to move the column.
  • To remove a column from the grid, click the column in the Selected Drill Down list. The column is moved back to the Available Drill Down list.
  • To move all columns to the Available Drill Down list, click Remove All.
Restore Defaults If you change the drill down fields and subsequently want to restore the default columns originally provided, click this option.
