Contents of the Save Email Options Dialog Box

Use the Save Email Options dialog box to save your email templates for future use.

Field Description
Save Options Select one of the following options to specify how you want to save the email template:
  • Save: Click this option to save updates on the selected email template.
  • Save as New Template: Click this option to create a new template based on the selected email template.
Name Enter a name for the email template.
Save For Select one or more security roles that can use the email template. You can also select specific or multiple security roles.
  • Myself: Select this option to save the email template for personal use only.
  • My Role: Select this option to share the email template with others in your security role.
  • Everyone: Select this option to make the email template available for all roles.

This field does not display if your security role is set to save email templates for personal use only.

Add this Email Template to If you want to save the email template in a folder, you may select from the drop-down list or click the + New Folder option.
Delete Click this option to remove the email template.
Save Click this option to save your changes.
Cancel Click this option to discard your changes.
