Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Project Settings Dialog Box

Use the fields and options on the dialog box to select project display settings.

Field Description
Show Project Warning Indicators Select this check box to display project warning indicators in the project search results list. If warning conditions exist for any of the projects, a red or yellow warning indicator displays next to them on the list. Hover over an indicator to display a description of the warning condition. To hide the project warning indicators, clear this check box.

This option is not available if your only activated module is CRM or CRM Plus.

Field Description
Show Project Numbers Select this check box to display work breakdown structure (WBS) element numbers along with the element names in the Project Structure dialog box.

In addition, if this option is selected, the Number column that contains the WBS element numbers in the hierarchy format is displayed by default in List View, and the column cannot be unselected in the Grid Settings dialog box. If this option is not selected, you can choose to not display the Number column. In that case, however, the Name column then displays the WBS element names in the hierarchy format and cannot be unselected in the Grid Settings dialog box.
