  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Project Structure Dialog Box

Display this dialog box from any form in the Projects hub, as well as from some other forms in which you work with project records (for example, the Interactive Billing form).

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects and then select any of the options under the Projects hub menu.
  2. Select the project that you want to work with.
  3. Click next to the project name.
    On the Interactive Billing form in Billing > Interactive Billing, the project structure icon displays only if a project has more than one work breakdown structure level, or it has one WBS level and a promotional project.

By default, the Project Structure dialog box displays immediately below the icon, and when you select a WBS element, it closes. However, if you are working in the Projects hub and you want the dialog box to remain open after you make a selection so it is readily available for navigating to other WBS elements, drag the dialog box to a different location. It will then remain open while you work, as long as you do not select a different project or leave the Projects hub.
