Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display the Edit Project Structure Form

Display this form in the Projects hub to set up the work breakdown structure (WBS) for a new project or to make changes to the WBS for an existing project.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Hubs > Projects and select any of the options on the Projects Hub menu.
  2. If it is not already displayed, select the project for which you want to edit the WBS.
  3. Click next to the project name.

    The Project Structure dialog box displays.

  4. Do one of the following:
    • If the WBS currently has only one level, click + Create a New Project Structure.
    • If the WBS currently has more than one level, click Edit.

This form also displays automatically when you are creating a new project from an existing project or template that has a WBS with more than one level.
