Display the Activities Dialog Box
Access the dialog box from the Activities tab in the hubs, from the dashboard, from the Calendar, or from Reporting.

From the hubs: In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select a hub and record for which you want to schedule an activity.
- Select the Activities tab.
- Click + Add Activity.

From Calendar: In the Navigation pane, select
My Stuff > Calendar.
Complete any of the following:
- On the Actions bar, click Other Actions > Add Activity.
- Select Calendar Views in the left pane, select the Day view or Week view, and click on an empty time slot on the calendar.
- Select Calendar Views in the left pane, select the Day view, highlight a time slot on the calendar, and click the time slot.
- Click the activity on the calendar, and click Open in the info bubble.
- Click the activity on the calendar.

From Dashboards: In the Navigation pane, select
My Stuff > Dashboards, click
CRM, and open a dashboard with a My Activities dashpart.
- On the My Activities dashpart, click + New Activity.
- On the Activities dialog box, use the available fields and options to specify the details of the new activity.
- Click Save.
- From Notification Center: Click the Activity Reminders link the Action Items list. In the Reminders dialog box, select the activity.
- From Reporting: Open a report, select the Create Activity option, and run the report.
