Display the Activities Dialog Box

Access the dialog box from the Activities tab in the hubs, from the dashboard, from the Calendar, or from Reporting.

  1. From the hubs: In the Navigation pane, go to the Hubs section and select a hub and record for which you want to schedule an activity.
    1. Select the Activities tab.
    2. Click + Add Activity.
  2. From Calendar: In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Calendar.
    Complete any of the following:
    • On the Actions bar, click Other Actions > Add Activity.
    • Select Calendar Views in the left pane, select the Day view or Week view, and click on an empty time slot on the calendar.
    • Select Calendar Views in the left pane, select the Day view, highlight a time slot on the calendar, and click the time slot.
    • Click the activity on the calendar, and click Open in the info bubble.
    • Click the activity on the calendar.
  3. From Dashboards: In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Dashboards, click CRM, and open a dashboard with a My Activities dashpart.
    1. On the My Activities dashpart, click + New Activity.
    2. On the Activities dialog box, use the available fields and options to specify the details of the new activity.
    3. Click Save.
  4. From Notification Center: Click the Activity Reminders link the Action Items list. In the Reminders dialog box, select the activity.
  5. From Reporting: Open a report, select the Create Activity option, and run the report.
