Security and Connect for Outlook

Your ability to use Vantagepoint Connect is determined by the access defined for your security role.

Once you have the necessary access to the Vantagepoint Connect add-in, it will work with Vantagepoint CRM to enable two-way synchronization of your contacts and calendar items with your email application. You can then share your contact and calendar items with colleagues, and access a scheduling assistant to share your availability with clients and quickly and efficiently set up appointments.

Access to the Connect features depends on these settings for your security role on the Overview tab of the Roles form in Settings > Security > Roles:
  • Integrations > Connect Administration
  • Integrations > Connect Sync Options
