Display Cash Requirements

Before you process advance and expense payments, you can view the selected payments by bank and see the cash amount needed to complete the payment run successfully.

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Cash Management > Employee Payments.
  2. Use the search fields at the top of the Employee Payments form to select a payment run that has not yet posted.
  3. On the Actions bar of the Employee Payments form, select Other Actions > Bank Cash Requirements.
    The Bank Cash Requirements dialog box displays the payment amounts due for each bank in this payment processing run. The amounts are grouped by bank code.
