Want to take advantage of how easy Hey Deltek! can help you interact with Vantagepoint? See how quick it is to enable this feature and start conversing.

Once enabled, Hey Deltek! can help you with:
  • Adding activities (such as reminders or email logs)
  • Creating and retrieving hub records
  • Responding to your basic questions and greetings
  • Getting help information

For example, you might say "Add employee John Smith" to have Vantagepoint create an employee record with the name John Smith.

In this release, Hey Deltek! offers:

  • Getting help information

    When you ask Hey Deltek! a question, it now has the ability to recognize the important parts of the question and automatically open Vantagepoint online help to show you the relevant help topics in the help Search Results pane.

    The help Search Results pane opens automatically if you enter phrases such as:

    • How do I .....
    • Help me with ....
    • Help me find <xxx> field

Tips and Tricks

Keep in mind these shortcuts and best practices when you are working with Hey Deltek!
  • When you ask to create or retrieve a hub record, be sure to mention the record type, such as contact, activity, or employee.
  • When you create or retrieve hub records, record-level security is honored.
  • If you are using the latest version of Google Chrome, you can type or speak your commands.
