Proposal Templates

A template serves as the basis for a new proposal. You can create templates from scratch, using preformatted styles, layouts, and blocks of information, or from existing proposals. By sharing templates with fellow team members, you save time and enable both cohesive content and consistent messaging for your firm.

In addition to templates, you can create element groups that group a set of proposal elements together for reuse. For example, you can group records, text boxes, and images, save them as a group, and then place the group on both proposals and templates. This is helpful for quickly and efficiently creating proposals that have similar layouts and types of information.
