Check Errors on the Queue Manager Form

Use the Queue Manager form to get details about any errors that occurred during the integration process.

To check errors on the Queue Manager form:

  1. In the Vantagepoint Navigation pane, select Utilities > Process Server > Queue Manager.
  2. On the Queue Manager form, in the Queue drop-down field, choose Integrations.
  3. In the Process Options area, select the Failed check box and then click the Refresh List button.
  4. In the Queue Processes grid, select the failed process and click the hyperlink in the Description column.
  5. On the Process Queue Detail dialog box, review details about the error.
