Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Set the Frequency for Automatic Updating Between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online

Specify how often you want automatic updating to occur between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online.

To set the frequency for automatic updating:

  1. In the Navigation pane in Vantagepoint, select Utilities > Integrations > QuickBooks.
    You can access this utility when you log in to Vantagepoint using your setup credentials during the initial setup of Vantagepoint or when you log in to Vantagepoint without your setup credentials after the initial setup.
  2. On the QuickBooks form, click the Integration Setup tab if it is not open.
  3. In the Interval (In Minutes) field in the Scheduling Settings section, enter the time interval in minutes that you want the automatic updating to occur. It is recommended that you enter 5 or fewer minutes. If you enter 0 (zero), no updating occurs.
  4. Click Save.
