Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Undo Posting Utility

Use the Undo Posting utility to reverse (undo) completed postings.

Timesheets and Labor Adjustments

You cannot unpost a timesheet or labor adjustment run that includes paid hours. If an unposted timesheet includes unit amounts, you must manually delete the unit transaction file.

Accounts Payable Vouchers

The Undo Posting utility excludes Accounts Payable vouchers that are created from purchase orders. This restriction prevents Vantagepoint users from accidentally reversing the posting entries.

QuickBooks Integration

When you use this utility for transactions that are shared between Vantagepoint and QuickBooks Online, the transactions are also reversed out of QuickBooks Online. For more information about the transactions that you can undo, see Undo Posting and QuickBooks Integration.

Multiple Companies

If you use multiple companies in Vantagepoint, the available transaction files are those belonging to the active company.

Incomplete Postings

To undo incomplete postings, use the Incomplete Postings utility.
