Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Refresh Summary Tables Utility

Use the Refresh Summary Tables utility to calculate and pre-process project and general ledger information and store the results in a summary table. When you run project or general ledger reports that use summary tables, reports with large amounts of data may be processed faster.

The related Use Summary Table option is available for the following reports:

Project Reports
  • Office Earnings report
  • Performance Management Top-Bottom reports (and dashparts)
  • Project Earnings report
  • Project Summary report
General Ledger Reports
  • Balance Sheet
  • Income Statement
