View or Print a Timesheet Report

You can view or print a timesheet report at any time.

To view or print a timesheet report:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Timesheet.
  2. If the timesheet displayed is not the one that you want, use the search field to search for and select the one that you want to update.
  3. Click Other Actions > Print.
  4. Under Select Report Type on the Print Report dialog box, select the type:

    Detailed Timesheet

    Generate a detailed report that includes all information entered on the timesheet, including the project, phase, task, client, and payroll tax locale.

    Summarized Timesheet

    Generate a summarized version that does not display work breakdown structure elements or timesheet comments.

    Start/End Timesheet

    Generate a report that includes start times, end times, meals, and breaks.

    This option displays only if Enable Start/End Time is set to Yes in Settings > Time > Options and Require Employee to Enter Start and End Times is enabled on the Time & Expense tab of the Employees form in the Employees hub.

  5. To have timesheet data for each project begin at the top of a new page, select Page Break by Project.
  6. To include revision audit information on the report, select Include Revision Audit Report.
    This option is only available if timesheet revision auditing is enabled for the employee's timesheets.
  7. Click Preview.
    The report displays as a PDF file. Use your default PDF viewer to save or print the report.
