Contents of the Timesheet Settings Dialog Box

Use the settings on this dialog box to determine whether and how a timesheet report prints each time you submit a timesheet.

Field Description
Print Report When Submitted Select a report type to print automatically when you submit a timesheet, or select the option to have no report print at all.
  • Detailed Timesheet: Print a report that includes all the information that is entered on a timesheet.
  • Summarized Timesheet: Print a report that is a summarized version of the Detailed Timesheet report.
  • Do Not Print Report: Do not print a report when you submit a timesheet.
Page Break by Project Select this check box if you want timesheet data for each project to begin at the top of a new page on the selected report.
Include Revision Audit Report Select this check box to include in the report a Revisions section that identifies all the revisions that were made to the timesheet for hours. Revisions made for unit entries are not included. This check box displays only if Enable Revision Audit is set to Yes in Settings > Time > Timesheet Audit.
Print Start/End Time Report

Select this check box to automatically print a separate report that identifies start times, end times, meals, and breaks. This check box displays only if Enable Start/End Time is set to Yes in Settings > Time > Options and Require Employee to Enter Start and End Times is enabled on the Time & Expense tab of the Employees hub.
