Contents of the Previously Requested Absences Dialog Box
Use this dialog box to view previously requested absence requests.

This dialog box provides a summary view of absence requests for the employee for whom the requests apply. When you open this dialog box, only absence requests that have days that occur in the future (they have not yet been taken off) display in the grid. Deselect the Only Show Upcoming Absence Requests check box to show past requests.
Field | Description |

Only Show Upcoming Absence Requests | Select or deselect this option to hide or show past absence requests. This hides or displays absence requests that have a date in the Last Day field that is earlier than today's date. |
Actions | Select Delete Selected from the Actions menu to delete selected absence requests. This action is disabled if there are no rows selected. |

Selection Check Box | Click each row's check box to select it. To select all rows, click the check box at the top of the column heading. |
Type | This field displays the absence type. |
First Day | This field displays the first day for an absence request. |
Last Day | This field displays the last day for an absence request. |
Hours Requested | This field displays the total hours requested for an absence request. Click the hours to display the dates requested and hours requested for each date in an info bubble. |
Status | This field displays the status of the request. Possible values are:

Date Submitted | This field displays the date the approval request was submitted. |
Date Approved | This field displays the date the request was approved. |
Comments | This field displays any comments that were entered with the absence request. If the request is not yet approved or rejected, you can click

Close | Click this button to close the dialog box and return to the Timesheets form. |
