Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Inventory Reservation Pick List General Tab

Use the General tab to select report options for the Inventory Reservation Pick List and to save sets of options for reuse.

Field Description
Report Name You can change the default report name.
Item Request

To generate the report for selected item requests, enter an item request number or use the Item Request lookup to select one or more item requests.

If you use multiple companies, the list of available item requests is limited to those for the active company.

Group Sort

Select one of the following to indicate how you want items grouped on the report:

  • Item Request Number
  • Item Request Date
  • Requester (employee number)
  • Requester Name
  • Authorized By (employee number)
  • Authorized Name
Sort Detail

Select a sorting criterion for the detail within each group:

  • Item
  • Category
  • Need Date
