Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Reimbursable Consultant Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to review supporting detail for reimbursable consultant information displayed on the Project Review form.

Field Description
Name This field displays the name of the consultant (vendor). Drill down on a name to see information about that employee.
Amount This field displays the amount for the consultant's work at cost rates, billing rates, or burdened rates. If you are unsure about which rate is being applied, check the label at the top of the dialog box. You can click on an amount to drill down and see supporting detail such as the description and date of the transaction, related voucher, invoice numbers, and supporting documents
Total This field displays the total amount for all transactions listed.
