Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Download Electronic Funds Transfer Files Dialog Box

Use the fields and options to check the download status of ACH files for transmittal to the bank.

Field Description
Bank This field displays the name of the destination bank for the electronic funds transfer, as specified in Settings > Cash Management > Banks.
Electronic File Name This field displays the name of the file created by Vantagepoint.
Status This field displays the status of the file:
  • Download: The file has not yet been downloaded.
  • Downloaded: The file has already been downloaded. You can download the file even if it has been previously downloaded.
Download Click this button to download the selected ACH file.
Close Click this button to close the dialog box without downloading the file.
