Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Accessing Videos

You can view videos from multiple locations.

Click on the Vantagepoint toolbar and then click Learning Aids in the drop-down menu to display the Video Library help topic, which provides access to all videos, grouped by intended audience.

In the Help system, some topics provide direct links to closely related videos. Typically, you find these links on overview-level, How To, or Learn More About topics. For example, the Expense Reports topic includes a link to a video that explains how to enter and submit expense reports.
