Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Review Projects with Missing Billing Terms

To view a list of all projects without billing terms defined, run the Missing Billing Terms List report. Projects must have terms defined before you can bill them.

To review projects with missing billing terms:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select My Stuff > Reporting.
  2. Click the Reports tab on the Reporting form.
  3. In the Type field of the grid, select Billing from the drop-down list to filter project reports related to Billing.
  4. In the Name field, select Missing Billing Terms List.
    Vantagepoint opens the Missing Billing Terms List form.
  5. Click the Options tab and specify the report options that you want.
  6. On the Actions bar, click Save.
  7. Click Run.
    Vantagepoint opens a new browser window that displays the projects with missing billing terms.
