Labor Resource Actuals

Use the Labor Resource Actuals report to review actual labor hours for projects, to analyze past performance, to develop more accurate estimates for upcoming plans/opportunities, or to improve performance on similar projects in the future.

Available WBS Levels

The number of project planning levels available and reflected in this report depends upon which project work breakdown structure (WBS) levels Vantagepoint is set up to use and whether Vantagepoint is set up to use labor codes. If Vantagepoint is set up to use all three project WBS levels and to use labor codes, you can show up to four planning levels on this report.
