Contents of the Select Groupings Dialog Box

Use the Select Grouping dialog box to find and select groups that you want to include on the report.

Field Description
Available Groupings Use this selection list to choose the groups you want included in the report. Click each grouping to move it to the Selected Groupings list.
Add All Click this link to add all of the groupings in the Avaialble Groupings list to the Selected Groupings list. All groupings will be included in the report.
Find available groupings Use this field to quickly find a grouping in a long list. Enter part of the field name to narrow the list.
Selected Groupings This list shows all the selected groupings for the report. Click the on a grouping to exclude it from the report and move it back to the Available Groupings list. To reorder groups, click and then drag and drop the group to a different place in the list.
Remove All Click this link to remove all the groupings from the Selected Groupings list and return them to the Available Groupings list. All groupings will be excluded from the report.
Restore Defaults Click Restore Defaults to restore the default settings to the report. Any groupings that were selected outside of the defaults are moved back to the Available Groupings list.
