Using Online Help
Launch the help by clicking in the upper right corner of any screen in the software.
From the help drop-down list that displays, you can open topics that are related to the form, tab, or dialog box from which you clicked , or select other options that open the video library, release notes, Deltek Support Center, and more.
After you click a help topic in the drop-down list and the topic displays, you also see a help search field for searching all of the help system. A Table of Contents pane contains all of the help topics by application.
The help covers all of the Vantagepoint modules, some of which your enterprise may not use.

Use the online help search to find topics that contain phrases, keywords, or partial words that you enter in the search field. - Table of Contents in Help
When you launch the help system by clicking on the Vantagepoint toolbar, a contextual help menu is displayed. When you select a topic from the help menu, a detailed Table of Contents pane is displayed at the left of the screen. - Types of Help Topics

From any help topic, click the Send Feedback icon in the toolbar, to provide Deltek with constructive comments and suggestions for improving the topic.
