Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Actions Bar for the Key Formats Form

You can run the formatting process immediately or schedule the process to run at a later time.

Field Description
Run Click this option to run the format conversion process immediately for the records that you specify in the grid.
Schedule Click this option to display the Schedule dialog box. On the dialog box, select a processing queue, enter a description, and specify the date and time that you want the process to run for the records that you specify in the grid.
