View the Status of Import and Export Tasks in the Integrations Manager Utility

See when an import or export task was last run in an accounting period and who ran it.

Prerequisites:

  1. Create an integration in the Integrations Manager utility that contains import and export tasks.
  2. Run import and export tasks in the Integrations Manager utility to import data from a file into Vantagepoint and/or export data from Vantagepoint into a file for exporting into third party software.

To view the status of import and export tasks in the Integrations Manager utility:

  1. In the Navigation pane, select Utilities > Integrations > Integrations Manager.
  2. On the Integrations Manager form, hover an integration in the integrations grid, click at the end of the row, and then select Edit.
  3. On the Integrations Task List form, review the period ending date in the Period field to be sure you are viewing import and export information for the intended accounting period. This field prefills with the active period ending date on the main Vantagepoint toolbar. Change the period ending data on the main Vantagepoint toolbar to change the period ending date in the Period field. Each import and export task has a status and last run date for each accounting period.
  4. In the tasks grid on the Integrations Task List form, view the information for each import or export task, such as status, last run date and owner of the tasks.
