Files Administration Utility
The external FileStream database stores documents and templates that are uploaded in Vantagepoint. The Files Administration utility works with this database to allow you to search for, view, and confirm synchronization of these documents with Vantagepoint to ensure you have the most current information.
- AP vouchers, accounts payable disbursements, journal entries, unit transactions, and units by projects transactions that are entered in Transaction Entry.
- Credit Card Reconciliation in Cash Management in the desktop application.
- Expense reports that are entered in My Stuff.
- Interactive Billing
- Purchasing
- AP Invoice Approvals
- Inventory Item Requests
- Hubs

If the FileStream and Vantagepoint databases are not synchronized, Vantagepoint provides a Databases Out of Sync dialog box to alert you of the file mismatch. Contact your system administrator for details on data synchronization.
