  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

GovWin IQ Integration Note: Default Values Set Using Screen Designer

In some cases, default values established for project fields using Screen Designer can cause imports of opportunities from GovWin IQ to fail.

Using Screen Designer, you can set default values for some standard Vantagepoint fields. In some cases, specifying a default value may then make other fields required fields. If you use Screen Designer in the Projects hub to specify a default value for such a field that then makes other fields required, it is recommended that you also specify default values for those other fields.

This is particularly important if you use GovWin IQ integration to import multiple opportunities at one time from GovWin IQ to create new projects in Vantagepoint. The import will fail if values are not available for all required project fields.
