Contents of the Collaboration Form

Use the Collaboration form to set up the integration with Deltek Collaboration. This enables the Collaboration tab on the Projects form in the Projects hub, where you can start a conversation related to a project record.

Integration with Collaboration is only available when the CRM application is activated.

Field Description
Client ID To implement the Collaboration integration features in Vantagepoint, paste or enter your enterprise's Collaboration client ID in this field. This information is necessary to connect Vantagepoint and your firm's domain for Collaboration. To access this information, the person in your organization who manages Collaboration must go to Collaboration Account Administration, add a new integration for Vantagepoint, and include a callback URL of https://myco.deltek.com/app. The Client ID and Client Secret that are required for Vantagepoint will then be generated. Contact the person in your organization who manages your Collaboration account for detailed information.
Client Secret

To implement the Collaboration integration features in Vantagepoint, paste or enter your enterprise's Collaboration client secret in this field. This information is necessary to connect Vantagepoint and your firm's domain for Collaboration. The Client Secret is generated in Collaboration Account Administration and included in the Vantagepoint setup information, which you can obtain from the person in your organization who manages your Collaboration account.

Security Role for Error Notifications Specify the security role for the users who should receive the error notification. This field includes all security roles that are configured for Vantagepoint.
View Last Error Log Click this link to view details from the most recent error log. Failures are recorded in an error log table and, if alerts are configured, Vantagepoint sends a notification alert to the users with roles impacted by the failure. All failed records are included in the next import process.
