Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Projects' Organization (Key Conversions)

Use the Projects' Organization Key Conversion utility to change the organization of projects, phases, or tasks. You can make this change for all posted transactions, for future transactions, or for all transactions since a specific accounting period.

You can only run the Projects' Organization Key Conversion from the most current, open accounting period. This utility creates journal entry type transactions that transfer all of the revenue and expenses for the project, phase, or task from the old organization to the new organization. If you are changing the organization for multiple accounting periods, the utility creates and posts the journal entry type transactions by accounting period.

This utility does not adjust transaction detail, such as for timesheets or accounts payable. You should only run this utility after you have completed all transaction-based calculations (such as those for Labor Cross Charge and Intercompany Billing).
