Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contribution Codes (Key Conversions)

Contribution codes can be merged or changed in the Key Conversion utility for contribution codes.

Combine Contribution Codes

Use the Combine Records tab of the Contribution Codes form to merge existing duplicate contribution code records. In the Contribution Codes form, the contribution code defined under Existing Contribution Code Number will merge into the contribution code defined under New Contribution Code Number. Combining will merge the records and all associated details and transactions.

Change the Code of a Contribution Code

Use the Change Number tab of the Contribution Codes form to change contribution code number for existing contribution code records. The contribution code will be updated as well as any associated details and transactions.
