Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Organization Sub-Codes (Key Conversions)

Use the Organization Sub-codes Key Conversion utility to merge existing organization sub-code records or change organization sub-code number.

Combine Organization Sub-code Records

Use the Combine Records tab of the Organization Sub-code form to merge existing organization sub-code records. The organization sub-code defined in the Existing Code Number field merges into the organization sub-code defined in the New Organization Code Number field. Combining will merge the hub records and all associated details and transactions.

Change the Code of an Organization Sub-Code

Use the Change Number tab of the Organization Sub-code form to change organization sub-code number on an existing organization sub-code record. The organization sub-code number will be updated within the hubs as well as any associated details and transactions.
